ITW 2018 is in May and AFR-IX telecom will be there as every year with several representatives. The world’s largest event in the wholesale telecoms market will take place from May 6th to 9th in Chicago (USA).

The International Telecoms Week will allow over 6,000 delegates from 1,900 global companies (like Amazon, Apple, Cisco, Deutsche Telekom, Dropbox, eBay, NTT Communications, etc.) and more than 140 countries to meet, network and discuss future connectivity services and business requirements whilst tackling the latest industry challenges.

The event consists of 4 days of strategic learning, industry analysis and intensive networking, as several external events have been organized, including a Charity run very early in the morning before starting the meetings again. The agenda includes topics such as: 5G, virtualization, SD-WAN adoption, enabling content on the African continent, among others.
