7 - Limitation of liability

The company is not responsible for controlling the absence of worms, viruses, and other harmful computer elements. In any case, it is the user's responsibility to have the appropriate tools for the detection and  disinfection of harmful computer elements. Therefore, AFR-IX is not responsible for any damage caused to the computer equipment of users or third parties due to the use and provision of services on the website.

Neither will AFR-IX be responsible for the use that third parties make of the information published on the portal, nor for the damages suffered or economic losses that, directly or indirectly, produce or may produce economic, material or data damages, caused by the use of said information.
