AFR-IX telecom, a Telecommunication Operator delivering State of the Art Internet and data services to corporates, carriers and Telecommunications operators in Africa, is delighted to announce that its European Company has been ranked at Number 344 in the FT 1000, the annual list of Europe’s 1000 fastest growing companies, published by the Financial Times.

In relation to telecom companies, AFR-IX telecom Barcelona ranks 8th position of a total of 20 companies.
AFR-IX Telecom worldwide operations, including twelve operating companies in Africa, USA and Europe tripled its headcount from 21 people to 76 over the last 3 years while increased its total group revenues fivefold.
Published on the 2nd of March in a special report on innovation and growth in today’s FT.com, the rating is the result of a joint project by the Financial Times and Statista, which conducted months of research, public calls, intensive database research and directly contacted tens of thousands of companies.

This culminated in the identification of 1000 outstanding companies from the millions of existing European enterprises that achieved highest CAGR in revenue from 2015 to 2018.
