AFR-IX telecom applies a Criminal Compliance and Anti-bribery Program
AFR-IX Telecom is fully committed to promoting a true ethical business culture. We require all members of our organization to comply with and respect the law in its broadest terms, including criminal laws. Additionally, we adhere to the provisions of our Compliance Program(Anti-bribery program), implemented in 2016.
Due to the development of the group’s companies and evolving legislation and compliance policies, our partners have decided to enhance our compliance efforts. They decided to add an Anti-Bribery Program to our Criminal Compliance Program. Moreover, they aimed to make both programs certifiable. Thus, this document has three objectives:
1. Provide AFR-IX Telecom, based in Spain, with a Criminal Compliance and Anti-Bribery Program.
2. Implement the program at our headquarters in Spain. This experience will guide the implementation in all subsidiaries.
3. Ensure both programs are certifiable.
To achieve these objectives, we prepared a new Manual of out-law and Anti-Bribery Compliance. This manual replaces previous manuals and annexed protocols. It aligns with international standards ISO 19600:2014, UNE 19601:2017, and UNE-ISO 37001:2017.
