Reporting Channel

Pursuant to the terms of Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, the Reporting Channel is hereby made available to interested parties. This Channel allows employees of the AFR-IX Group, as well as third parties with a legitimate interest, to report to the person responsible for the Internal Reporting System, confidentially and, optionally, anonymously, any infringements relating to:

It is also possible to request a face-to-face meeting or a telephone call with the entity’s Compliance Officer.

We inform you that the alleged infringement may also be reported to the Independent Authority for the Protection of Whistleblowers or to the corresponding regional authorities or bodies.

Once the report has been received, it will be handled by the Group’s Compliance Officer, who is also responsible for the entity’s Internal Reporting System. The handling of the report will follow the terms established by law. 


Protection of the whistleblower’s identity and the prohibition of retaliation are guaranteed under Law 2/2023.


The information provided will be processed confidentially, applying appropriate measures to ensure its proper use and to safeguard the rights and interests of all persons involved.

The data will be stored in the Internal Reporting System only for the period strictly necessary to decide on the appropriateness of opening an investigation, in accordance with the terms set out in Law 2/2023 and in the applicable data protection regulations.
