Norman Albi attended the Subregional Conference on Digital Economy for Central Africa in Yaoundé

 
On May 23 – 25, the sub regional conference on digital economy took place at the Conference Centre in Yaoundé, Cameroon, under the theme “Digital Economy in Central Africa: Current situation and challenges in a globalized world”.

The conference was covered through round tables, panel discussions and many other activities where the participants could share ideas and knowledge. The issues that are being discussed, among others, are addressing the following topics:

• Identify the achievements, the shortcomings and the developments in each country

• Explore the ways and means of a relevant development of the digital economy in the sub-region, the harmonization of ICT regulatory frameworks in the economic community ECCAS...
