AFR-IX telecom will participate at the WAN Summit 2018 in New York9 April, 2018
AFR-IX telecom is going back to ITW in May26 April, 2018
The WAN Summit was held in New York City on the 16th and 17th April. This event brought together more than 150 organizations and corporate WAN (Wide Area Network) strategists and service provide executives.
Dylan Carver, Business Development, and Guillaume Osswald, Global Account, representatives of AFR-IX telecom attended to its first WAN Summit. They could present its uniquely positioned footprint in Africa, where its hybrid Ethernet capabilities and ICT knowhow for Internet service provisioning makes it a relevant partner to entrust with for a corporate connectivity requirement.
The summit featured prominent figures and included open discussions, talks and networking events to address best practices.
As for the current discourse narrative on MPLS versus SDN, AFR-IX is entirely enticing the modelling of Architectures bringing both technologies as implementable together or separately, Africa being a particular area for such marriage
